The Reiki Courses are Registered and Accredited by the Complementary Medical Association.  I have had the honour of teaching Reiki for over 15 years  and enjoy every minute of spending this special time with my students and passing on this ancient healing tradition.  Learning Reiki is accessible to anyone, we all have the potential to activate and learn self healing and for many this is the first step on their spiritual path, it was for me!  I teach in a very flexible, hands on way so that you have plenty of time to ask questions, practice your new skill and connect with yourself on a deeper level.

 Due to Covid, I have decided to teach just 2 students at a time so there is plenty of room and you will get plenty of individual attention

Reiki Level 1

This course is for anyone interested in the ancient healing art of Reiki and can be used for self healing, family and friends. 

The course is very practical so you leave feeling confident with what you are doing.

Reiki Sound Alchemy has arisen from two therapists  (myself - Reiki Master and Angie Latham - Sound therapist) working together and found that combing Reiki and Sound enhance the experience and healing potential for the client.  The two therapies truly harmonise and deliver a beautiful treatment that works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. 

Reiki and sound healing have the same focus, to work with the client’s energy to help rebalance anything that has become blocked, stuck or out of alignment. We work on the energy centres known as Chakras which relate to our emotions and correspond with our physical body.  Both Reiki and Sound target these areas and together they create a gentle and effective bespoke treatment that you can use for your own healing as well as treating others.

 During this course you will be fully trained in Reiki to practitioner level and be qualified to use Tuning forks for off body treatments as well as an introduction to Singing bowls and how to play them (off body) to balance the chakras even further. This is a four day intensive course consisting of 2 days initially with at least a three week gap before the final 2 days.  This gap is for you go through the Reiki cleansing process which works through your chakras and takes 3 weeks to complete.  It is a time for self healing, honouring yourself and getting to know the energy.

We teach just 4 students per course to give maximum individual attention.

Day 1 Reiki and Sound Alchemy level 1

Day 2 

• Brief Introduction to Sound as Therapy
• The Autonomic Nervous System and the bodies response to stress.
• Brain wave patterns and using sound for entrainment.
• The importance of Heart/Mind coherence for physical and emotional balance
• The musical notes associated with the Chakras
• Introduction to the Harmonic Spectrum Tuning Fork set (Chakra set) – all used     off body
• How to use two Tuning Forks played by the ears to illicit a relaxation response.
• Using Tuning Forks to scan the energy field/Aura for imbalance.
• Using Tuning Forks to balance the Chakras.
•     - as accompaniment to a Reiki healing session
•     - as a standalone treatment
• Grounding - using sound to ground the client after treatment.
• Contraindications
• Putting it all together using Reiki and Tuning forks - Practical demo / student practice.

Note: There is to be at least 3 weeks gap between the first 2 days and the remaining 2 days.

Expanding the use of musical notes during a treatment session to include

• Harmonizing & Releasing Intervals and how to use them
