Susan Crawshaw, ESS Dip., MRSS

Susan trained with the European Shiatsu School (ESS) in London and graduated, following 3 years' study, with the college diploma in 1999.  The ESS is accredited by the Shiatsu Society (the UK's independent regulating organisation) and its teachers, syllabus and training methods have been ratified by the Society. 

Susan has also been independently assessed by the Panel of the Shiatsu Society and, following further exams, been admitted as a Member of the Professional Register of the Shiatsu Society, or MRSS.

Susan practised in London and Surrey for 4 years before moving to Hereford. She then took a break from professional practice for a couple of years whilst renovating a house and suffering a Chronic Fatigue type illness.  She has found receiving regular Shiatsu, using Reiki on herself and practising Qi Gong invaluable in recovering her health.  Since 2005 she has steadily been building a Shiatsu practice in Hereford and in early 2006 joined the Holistic Clinic in Abergavenny.

In 2000 and 2001 Susan attained Reiki Degree levels I and II.  She mainly uses Reiki for self-healing, but has found that it influences her Shiatsu, improving her energy sensitivity and making her treatments much more intuitive.

Since early 2006 Susan has been teaching classes in simple Qi Gong and other oriental self-healing techniques.
